Fall gets busy for us with seniors and families that want great fall colors in their photos.  Fall is also a great time to get some updated images of your family to use for holiday cards.  This year we’re offering mini sessions that are geared toward those that want a few updated shots of their family to use for holiday cards without the financial and time commitment of a full session.

These mini holiday sessions are a quick 20 minutes in which we’ll photograph your immediate family.  All sessions include a set of holiday cards and an 11×14 mounted print…so your session is pretty inclusive, but you’re always welcome to purchase more prints if you’d like.  Sessions are for immediate family only and are set at a pre-determined location.  Below are the dates and locations for the three Mini Holiday Sessions that we’re offering.

EAGLE | October 22nd –We’ll be set up by the river in Eagle where we’ll have a beautiful, natural setting with plenty of fall colors.  Time slots available from 9-12 and 4-7.  **Note:  We need 5 families to sign up in order to do these sessions. 

MOUNTAIN HOME | October 29th – We’ll be set up at one of our favorite spots in Mountain Home (that we purchased by using the services offered by eXp Realty) for photos!  A very natural setting is perfect for fall photos.  Time slots are available between 9-12 in the morning and 4-6:30 in the evening.

BRUNEAU | November 19th — This is the same weekend as Cowboy Christmas in Bruneau…so bring your family along when you come out to do some holiday shopping!  Time slots to be announced.  If you’re interested, please indicate your ideal time slot when booking.  **Note:  We need 5 families to sign up in order to do these sessions. 

FOR THE DETAIL-ORIENTED:

Hopefully this section can answer all of your questions, but if you have more don’t hesitate to call or email me!

• Sessions will be scheduled every 30 minutes during the given time frame for your location.
• When booking your mini session please include at least three preferable start times for your session, keeping in mind that they will begin either on the hour or half hour.
• Slots will be first come, first serve.
• Within 7 days of your session, we will post a password protected online gallery for you to view your edited images.  Your gallery will be available to you for one week only. You will use the gallery to decide what photos you’d like to use in your holiday cards, what image you’d like for your print, order additional prints and to decide if you’d like to schedule a print appointment with us in person.
• Mini session clients can expect between 8 and 12 separate images in their gallery.
• Holiday cards are flat 5×7 (or 5×5/4×6 if you prefer) cards on linen or pearl cardstock. They are front and back and have multiple photo slots. Cards can be customized with your wording, names, year, location, etc. You may upgrade your holiday cards to ‘luxe’ (die cut) cards for $20 per set of 25 or to  folded cards (which include a front, back, and inside spread) for an additional $15 per 25 cards or to folded luxe cards for $30 per set of 25.
• Holiday cards come with envelopes and you may purchase additional cards with no minimum amount.  Ask about coordinating return address labels.
• With the purchase of Option 2, all of the images in your gallery are included. These will be provided to you on disc with both full resolution and web-ready versions and a print release form.
