Fall gets busy for us with seniors and families that want great fall colors in their photos.  Fall is also a great time to get some updated images of your family to use for holiday cards.  Each year we offer mini sessions that are geared toward those that want a few updated shots of their family to use for holiday cards without the financial and time commitment of a full session.  We’ve nearly reached our limit on the number of full sessions that we’ll be taking on this fall…so if you don’t get your full session booked early enough this may be a great option for you, also!  These time slots will go quickly…so book yours now!

These mini holiday sessions are a quick 20 minutes in which we’ll photograph your immediate family.  All sessions include a set of holiday cards and an 11 x 14 mounted print…so your session is pretty inclusive, but you’re always welcome to purchase more prints if you’d like.  Sessions are for immediate family only and are set at a pre-determined location.  Below are the dates and locations for the three Mini Holiday Sessions that we’re offering.

BOISE | October 6th – Available from 9-11 in the morning only and will take place downtown Boise.   

MOUNTAIN HOME | October 13th – We’ll be set up at one of our favorite spots in Mountain Home for photos!  A very natural setting is perfect for fall photos.  Slots available from 5:30-7:00 in the evening.

FOR THE DETAIL-ORIENTED:

• Sessions will be scheduled every 30 minutes during the given time frame for your location.
• When booking your mini session please include at least three preferable start times for your session, keeping in mind that they will begin either on the hour or half hour.
• Slots will be first come, first serve.
• Within 7 days of your session, we will post a password protected online gallery for you to view your edited images.  Your gallery will be available to you for one week only. You will use the gallery to decide what photos you’d like to use in your holiday cards, what image you’d like for your print, order additional prints and to decide if you’d like to schedule a print appointment with us in person.
• Mini session clients can expect between 8 and 12 separate images in their gallery.
• Holiday cards are flat 5 x 7 (or 5 x 5/4 x 6 if you prefer) cards on linen or pearl cardstock. They are front and back and have multiple photo slots. Cards can be customized with your wording, names, year, location, etc. You may upgrade your holiday cards to ‘luxe’ (die cut) cards, to folded cards (which include a front, back, and inside spread), or to folded luxe cards.  We’ll have samples of each type of card at your session so that you can see what type will work best for you.
• Holiday cards come with envelopes and you may purchase additional cards with no minimum amount.  Ask about coordinating return address labels.
• With the purchase of Option 2, all of the images in your gallery are included. These will be provided to you as a digital download through your proofing gallery.  You will have one week to download and save your images.  A print release and print recommendations will be emailed to you along with the link to your proofing gallery.  Images may be printed anywhere you’d like (though we will give you a recommendation of the best place to print) up to a size 8 x 10.
