In hearing about Audrey’s birth, we found that she was actually more than a week late from her due date…so mama explained that she obviously likes to do things on HER time.  Ha.  I guess they will soon find out if this stubbornness continues on.  Ok…so I’m not entirely sure if stubbornness is even a word, but you get the idea!  The session was no exception to the rule.  We started off the session with Audrey WIDE awake and looking all around.  She was just so content throughout the entire session…even while awake!  I do love to capture the big blue eyes of newborns, though I will admit that the sleepy, peaceful photos are my favorite.  So, when HER time came around to sleep for us we got some beautiful photos of this little darling!

Audrey came just in time to give her mom an official Mother’s Day.  It’s very clear that both mom and dad have so much love for their first little one…very tender!  They both certainly seem to be loving parenthood!  Thanks again to both Jennifer and Kent for having me over on your first Mother’s Day to get some photos of your little babe!  Easygoing parents certainly make our job much easier!
