We had to save a small spot during our lavender minis for our own kiddos.  Our oldest has had a bit of an infatuation with honey bees lately so it was perfect timing to have her come out and see lots of them hard at work keeping these beautiful lavender blooms pollenated!  Of course once she was there she got a bit nervous.  (they are seriously EVERYWHERE…all over all of the blooms…it sounds like a jet about to take off)  She eventually warmed up to them just in time to comfort sissy that got nervous later on (fifth photo down).  Then today she made the executive decision that we need to relocate to the lavender field because she loved it.  And she wants to go there for her birthday (which is in November, by the way!).  So I guess it’s safe to say the flowers won her over!
