I wanted to share a few of my favorites from Finley’s newborn photo shoot with Amanda Andrews Photography.  When people asked me about her newborn photos and I told them that I’d scheduled a session with another photographer I was told that I was crazy and that I should do them myself.  Now that all is said and done I must say that I’m SO GLAD I didn’t just rely on myself to do her newborn photos!  There is such a small window of opportunity to do a newborn shoot (usually before they are 2 weeks old) and between trying to figure out how to take care of a newborn and lacking in sleep and energy I just didn’t have what it took to get the type of photos that we so wanted of our little girl.  We treasure the shots that Amanda was able to capture of little Finley!
