Slow Cooker Taquitos

Tried this last week.  So easy and so good.

 

Slow Cooker Chicken Taquitos

2 chicken breasts

1 packet taco seasoning

7 oz cream cheese cubed

1/4 cup water

1.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese

tortillas

 

  1.  Place chicken breasts in the crock pot and sprinkle with taco seasoning.  Add cream cheese cubes and water.
  2. Cover and cook 6-8 hours on low or 4-6 hours on high.
  3. Shred chicken, add cheddar cheese, and stir to evenly coat chicken.
  4. Preheat oven to 400
  5. Spoon shredded chicken into tortillas.
  6. Roll tightly and bake.

 

We just stuffed the tortillas and ate them without baking and they were great that way, too!
