Hard to believe we’re already back to baby food. So far we haven’t been able to get Teagan to eat cereal or oatmeal…so onto trying veggies and see if we can get a little bit past that tongue! Starting off by trying squash and sweet potatoes and will see where we go from there!
Squash & Sweet Potatoes for baby food:
Bake until cooked through and soft (45 min-1 hour for each). Blend up with an immersion blender until smooth using formula or breastmilk to get the right consistency. Freeze in individual containers or in an ice cube tray and after frozen pop them into a Ziploc bag and store in the freezer.
