Tried this last week. So easy and so good.
Slow Cooker Chicken Taquitos
2 chicken breasts
1 packet taco seasoning
7 oz cream cheese cubed
1/4 cup water
1.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
tortillas
- Place chicken breasts in the crock pot and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Add cream cheese cubes and water.
- Cover and cook 6-8 hours on low or 4-6 hours on high.
- Shred chicken, add cheddar cheese, and stir to evenly coat chicken.
- Preheat oven to 400
- Spoon shredded chicken into tortillas.
- Roll tightly and bake.
We just stuffed the tortillas and ate them without baking and they were great that way, too!
