Time to start getting serious about getting things packed up…everything is finalized with the inspection and now we are only waiting to see what the appraisal comes in at. We are certainly going to miss the Napia house but very excited for the next!

We had our meeting to choose our interior finishes…things aren’t changing much for us in the kitchen. We know we love our granite and backsplash that we already have…so we are going with a similar black/white/gray granite and the white subway tiles with dark gray grout for the backsplash…and a strip of some gray/greige/white/stainless tiles…

These photos are bittersweet. We’ve loved this house. And still do love this house. BUT a spot is open in a neighborhood that we love…bigger lot…bigger house…close to schools and someday a new Y…so it’s time to move. Today our house is officially available on the market. Anxiously awaiting to see what kind of traffic…
