I hear from a lot of clients that as long as they get one photo of their kiddo smiling and looking at the camera they will be happy.  While I must say I agree with these sentiments and love happy, smiling, laughing shots…I’m also so grateful for these ‘in-between’ shots.  The ones that capture a memory, a moment, a sentiment, or a personality.  This photo is always going to take me back to the days where the sun makes her squint and stick out her bottom jaw (we call it the bull dog!).  The days where although she tends to fill our lives with a certain level of chaos and entertainment, she also has a very thoughtful and serious side that I always want to remember.  Our little wildflower.
